Stop worrying,✋ Give it to God. 🙏🏾

How often do we compromise our now because of the past or what we think the future may look like?

The Lord tells us we are wiped clean from our past and made as white as snow. (Isaiah 1:18)

The Lord also tells us not to worry about the future for he knows the plans he has for us. (Matthew 6:34 & Jeremiah 29:11)

So why do we do it?

That’s an answer for each of us individually to ask ourselves and put a stop to the devil’s antics of wanting us to feel unworthy or scared that something from our past will creep up upon us, or that our future will be affected by the place or situation we are in currently.

We serve a God as Christians that guarantees peace when we trust in him fully, promises us eternal life when we believe in Jesus Christ as the Messiah, our Lord, and Savior.

So why do we worry?

Because we are so wrapped up in society and what the world thinks that we forget that the creator of the world, who happens to be our Father, is the one who controls our paths when we give full authority of our lives to Him! 

Turn to him, Give it all away. He’s ready for you.

God bless.

Jesus loves you all, so much so that he gave his life for you to be at peace and not worry about your past, present, or future. ❤

I’m grateful for

How often has God rescued you?

Given you faith, earned your trust, given you life?

How often has God protected you from the enemy, from the troubles of life, and the world?

How often have you should have been somewhere and didn’t get to go or were late and found out something could have happened to you that didn’t?

How often have you been hurt and realized God was protecting you from others by them hurting you before it could get worse or allow more people to hurt you?

How often have you just looked at life and said ‘thank you Lord’, for it could be a lot worse than it is right now?

If you haven’t done this today, I want you, by the grace of God, to write and list the things, people, actions, and the life you’re grateful for. Tell God how thankful you are for his grace, for giving up his most prized possession on the cross for us, Jesus.

Make a list, Just 10 things you are grateful for.

I’m grateful for:

1. Love
2. Jesus Christ
3. Grace everyday
4. Salvation
5. Family
6. Friends
7. My dog, Daisy
8. Education
9. My past, for it makes me a better person.
10. Regrets, for they show me how far God has brought me and bring me closer to him and his grace everyday. For he has turned my regrets into grace, my pain into a testimony, and my life into a life lived for him. ♡

I give myself away.

I was watching a YouTube video and God told me to post this.

To whoever needs to hear this:

Jesus loves you, he will never leave you, nor forsake you.

You are not alone.
You are not a burden.
You are not a mistake.

YOU matter.

Jesus loves you, he is coming back and he wants you to go with him.

Accept him, as he accepts you as you already are.

You are loved, you are NOT forgotten.

You are made whole and clean in the eyes of God when you give it all to him.

You are not your mistakes.
You are not your regrets.
You are not your past.

YOU are light.
YOU are love.
YOU are learning.

STOP believing your thoughts that say you are not good enough, that say you’re a lie, that say you are your past.

BECAUSE you’re not.

Jesus loves you,

and so do I.

xoxo

Prodigal Son

Amen!

Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. – Philippians 4:6‭-‬7

During these times we can forget who God is. We forget that life without God would be hard and miserable. We forget that he is in control therefore no weapon formed against us shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17) It is so easy to turn against God, but it is not easy for God to turn against us. We are his beloved children. No matter how much we do wrong, hurt him, hate him, he still loves us. He never turns away from us, even in the storm. Even when he seems silent, he is still there.

He is our father, we are the prodigal son. This story in the Bible shows us no matter how much we turn from God, our Father, when we go back to him he has wide open arms, showing us compassion. (Luke 15:20)

Before you even feel shame in saying it aloud God is ready to heal your heart. For all you need is a broken and repentant heart (Psalm 51:17) when going to God and he will restore you in all good things, which are in Him.

Thank you Lord for your grace.

In Jesus’s name,

Amen!
