As we come to the end of #MentalHealthAwarenessMonth, I ask you as a #MentalHealthAdvocate to:

1. Complete a self assessment to make sure you are not overwhelmed, clinically depressed, or exhausted.
2. Check on your loved ones.
3. Ask someone you don’t know who seems down if they are ok.
These 3 simple things can save a life, not everyone is as happy as they seem in their every day life or on social media.

Dig deep,

Pray when you’re down,

Ask for prayer to be lifted up.

God is with you. 🙏🏾

I wish.

I wish is a term used, usually, when we are wanting something that we know we cannot have.

Be careful what you wish for,

That job could move you far away from your family, making you lose your support system.

That lottery ticket could make others change on you, like never before.

That “famous” piece could put you in a predicament that could end up making you lose your mind and salvation.

That relationship could end up being the worse thing to happen to you, causing pain and heartache.

That good part of life could end up not being so good if you hadn’t gone through the bad.

As they say,

Be careful what you wish for,

Or you just might get it.

Don’t.

Don’t sit and ponder on the bad things in life.

Don’t sit in self hatred wishing their was a better option.

You have to make the change,

No one can do it for you.

Sometimes.

Life will suck.

I guess it’s a part of the journey.

Keep pushing through, you’ll make it.

Don’t give up on yourself.

Keep working hard.

Even when you feel like life sucks it will get better.

How Ignorance ignite’s fear

Ignorance is of those who are ungodly.

Ignorance is of those who do not know better or who are not practicing what they know is to be the truth in the eyes of our Father, God.

Do not let someone else’s ignorance bring fear into your heart and life.

You are much more than flesh, you are a child of God.

With his spirit seeping in and out of you the way necture comes from the nature of God’s wisdom,

you are truly protected and covered by the blood of Jesus and the Army of God.

I could never write this by myself.

All glory to GOD.

I stressed.

Today, was a hard, but a needed day.

I needed to know that GOD always had my back.

I needed to realize that my life was not mine, but GOD’S.

I needed to breathe, to cry, to care.

I am so grateful for this.

I know my worth.

I know my journey is worthy.

I know the Love of GOD is greater than any demon, depression, and heartache.

I know I love GOD.

I know I am GOD’S Child.
