Be happy,

Don’t growl as a Lion at your companions.

Don’t act foolish, as that is a sin itself.

Instead, show kindness, love one another and learn that life only comes around once. Enjoy it and rejoice in his Holy name, Jesus.

Sadness shall not overcome you, Jesus is Lord!

It can creep up on you like a junk yard dog,

Barking and growling as if you were it’s enemy.

It attacks you,

Sinks in your life.

Taking your heart and ripping it into a thousand pieces.

As it goes for your brain,

This superhero comes in.

His name:

JESUS – KING OF KINGS – LORD OF LORDS.

THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, OUR LORD AND SAVIOR.

REIGNING IN HEAVEN SITTITH ON THE RIGHT HAND OF GOD THE FATHER ALMIGHTY MAKER OF HEAVEN AND EARTH.

He is the master of your plans.

He knows your name and knows all of your sorrows as he died on the cross for you and me.

He loves you, he cares.

He cared so much that he died on the cross for YOU, wiping your sins away as they drown in the river of waste.

He is the biggest superhero of all.

A master of legend’s as he comes down from heaven to save you from the dark and utter shame that this world wants to put on you.

Sadness has nothing on you,

Because sadness is defeated by JESUS.

In Jesus’ Name,

We rebuke sadness and all fear.

We rebuke all anger and unforgiveness.

We rebuke all wicked and all evil.

In Jesus’ Name,

Depression & School.

As I sit here with tears strolling down my face I realize my whole depression has been based on school.

Whether that be K-12, or college.

As I’m trying to log into my online college to pay for my semester the bill brought tears to my eyes,

My financial aid isn’t there, and it’s as if that one moment caused me to cripple, taking me three steps backwards.

My blog is real,

and this is my real life.

Tears, heartache, and hurt all exist.

There is know perfect life, because we don’t life in a perfect world,

However we serve a perfect God.

I took 3 steps back, coming out of my happy place just in that one step forgetting that God’s got me.

I was…

Well at the moment I am still angry, confused, and upset.

This is my truth, and I’m living in it.

Life is hard,

But –

It could be worse.

I could have lost my life multiple times due to my own self inflictions but,

GOD allowed me to stay.

So here I am,

Crying.

Hurt.

Annoyed.

Angered.

But –

Hey,

God is good.

He’s great,

and at the end of the day I’m just happy to be hear.

Seeping gratefulness

I am grateful for my voice.

I am grateful to have a space where my voice is heard.

I am grateful to have a voice for all beautiful beings who felt voiceless, who are now gone from suicide or are still here and dead inside from an attempt.

I am grateful that my heart is big enough to spill into others the testimony GOD’s given me.
I am grateful. ♡

I hope the grass is greener on the other side,

If there’s grass in Heaven.

I pray you’re having an amazing eternity filled with love and grace.

I pray that I get to stay and live up their with God in that amazing place.

I hope you know how much I love you, how much I know you cared.

Life isn’t the same, not much has changed but losing you was hard.

No more cook outs, sleepovers or uno cards.

I miss you whole heartedly and the little sayings you’d say.

When GOD thought of you he knew you’d be special.

When GOD created you, be made you directly in his image.

I pray you recieve blessings from the sky, made by the most high.

I pray you have better days, inspite of this a critical phase.

I pray for balance in your life, wholeness in your heart, and resolutions of life’s most valuable art : loving.

Understand that life may be hard, but the God I serve shows that he is working around the clock to beat the times of trouble and sorrow in your life.

I pray for no more sorrow, but courage and long living laughter for you and the generations of kings and queens of yours to come.

Pray this prayer so we can see the blessings fall down and watch the so rise from the soul of our blessed earth, to the root of the unproblematic trees, to the desperate need of fresh air the we breathe.
