Loved: Now that, you are.

A reminder:

That you are loved,

you are important,

and most importantly that everything is going to be more than alright because God’s got your back, sides, and front.

🧘🏾‍♀️

Trust in our God.

ABBA made you in his image, he birthed you in the spirit and gave you your parents to birth you onto this earth.

Trust in God.

Truly, trust in him.

What is trust you may ask?

Trust is glory in God.

It is masking all of your worries with the presence of God and watching your stress disappear as God has taken the worries of your heart and soul by washing them away with his weeping spirit for this world.

He aches for trust,

Give him the honor he deserves.

I know I need to.

Blessings,

Yesterday’s Mistakes

Yesterday’s mistakes are over, it is time to move on.

Stop focusing on the past, the past is not changeable, but the present is freeing and filled with love and light.

Stop focusing on the future, it is not up to you but up to GOD, but the present you can mold and fill with laughter and life.

Remember these quotes in your time of need, in your time of worry, and in your time of troubles.

Life does not have to be as hard as you make it.

Get out of your own head.

You can look on the brighter things in life if you simply stop looking backwards and look forward.

Mental Health Awareness Week

As a
1) Mental health awareness advocate
2) Mental health survivor
3 Black young woman who still copes with depression and anxiety,
I find that it is often hidden in the black community to have mental health. This causes those who have it to be shut out, shut in, and become lost or most times even worse in one’s future/adulthood.

Having a Mental Health Illness shouldn’t be looked down up when being talked about, yet uplifted as we can help each other.

We all know someone who has some type of mental illness, even if it is ourselves. PLEASE do not be afraid to speak up — you never know whose life you can change.

Our generation cries out for help constantly, and yet we do nothing to prevent it.

No matter your race, sexual orientation, gender, religion, or politics we all need to stick together for loving ourselves and, nursing our society back into loving themselves as well.
