We can’t wish our problems away, but we can pray for the peace of God to be with us, leading and guiding us to solutions and pathways of a better life.
We can’t wish our past away, but we can pray for peace of the mind, asking for the mind of Christ for he has already given it to all those who accept him. Now, it’s time to accept his peace of mind for the mind and body of Christ are the solutions to perfect peace. Satan wants to stop your progression reminding you of your past, stop him right in his tracks.
Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. (Eph. 6:13-17)
We can’t wish our to-do lists away, but what we can do is cast our burdens, bondages, and busyness unto the Lord for he is the provider of perfect peace. Accept his gift of peace friends in Christ.
